How can I purchase your artwork?

There are 3 ways to bring home a beautiful painting you really love.

  • You can check out the paintings currently available in the Webshop

  • schedule a Private Appointment (via video chat for a truly personal experience with my paintings tailored to your space)

  • or you can commission a custom painting.

What size artwork is best for my home?

That’s a fabulous question. I created the Free Art Sizing Guide to make this crucial first step super easy for you!

Do you offer custom paintings? 

Absolutely! Commissions (custom paintings) are the most personal experience I have with my art collectors. We will collaborate to create a custom painting in the exact size, colors and feeling for your unique space. 

If a painting you love already sold, commissioning is a great option. Or perhaps you are really inspired by a painting in my shop but you’d prefer an original in custom dimensions and colors.

How do I start the commission process?

Once I receive your brief inquiry form, I will walk you through a very simple & fun process! 

Can you help me visualize a painting in my home?

Absolutely!  Please take a photo of your room send it to jenna@jennawebbart.com.  I will digitally place the painting onto your blank wall for you to preview.

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! Order yours here.

When do you release new paintings?

I don’t have scheduled release dates so the best way to find out about new collections is by joining my community newsletter. Sign up for my Newsletter below and receive a free art download when you do!

Will you hold a painting for me?

I offer flexible payment plans so you can claim your favorite painting before anyone else while being conscientious of your budget. I mark the painting as sold when I receive your deposit. You receive the artwork when your payments are complete. Easy!

How do I start a payment plan?

Email me at jenna@jennawebbart.com about your new painting and I’ll set up a plan that makes sense for you.

How are your paintings finished? Do I need special glass in my frame?

All original works are sealed with at least 3 coats of protective varnish to protect from light and dust, and finished with multiple coats of UV protectant.  Works on paper should be carefully removed and immediately framed for safekeeping. UV protectant eliminates the need for any expensive specialty glass (such as museum glass). Therefore, my works on paper are safe behind regular glass!

Do I need a frame?

I work on both yupo paper and canvas. Yupo paper pieces require a frame to protect them.  Canvas paintings do not need a frame. 

Do you offer frames?

Each of my paintings in the shop have been individually updated with the exact frame I recommend for the piece! The frames feature solid wood, shatter-resistant acrylic coating, in a sleek modern design.  Customers and gallery panel judges have complimented me on my frames, so I think you'll love 'em too! :)

Do I need a mat? 

Usually I recommend a mat for my smaller works so they can better fill up the wall and feature the painting in all its glory! I am especially referring to the 11X14 paintings on yupo paper.  Luckily, my paintings look pretty fabulous with and without a mat.  

To make matters as simple as possible, each of my paintings in the shop have been individually updated with the exact framing options I would choose myself. If you see 2 options (matted or unmatted) at checkout, then simply choose the option you prefer. You can't go wrong.

US Shipping

Shipping within the continental US will be calculated at checkout. 

My art comes in premium packaging and is delivered with tracking ID. Customer signature will be required for your satisfaction and security. 

Worldwide Shipping

Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. For a shipping cost estimate, please contact me at jenna@jennawebbart.com. 

Returns

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your artwork to discuss solutions.
